About this notice
This privacy notice is for the South Asian Hindi School website, associated with South Asian Australian Association Incorporated (ABN 79 733 223 504). It describes what the website collects and how it is used.
Student and volunteer applications
Application links and optional embedded forms use Google Forms. Answers are submitted to the owner of the relevant Google Form, rather than stored in this website. Review the form’s own information and consent requests, and Google’s privacy information, before submitting. The school confirms its handling, access and retention arrangements for those responses.
Photographs
School photographs appear in the gallery. Only authorised website administrators can add new photographs, and they confirm permission to publish before doing so. Contact the school if you have a concern about an image or its use.
Donations
Bank transfers take place through your own banking service. This website does not ask for card details or your banking password. The optional donation-reference helper works on your device and does not send your entered name to the school.
Website administration and hosting
Website content such as event details, photographs and application-form links is published by the school’s authorised website administrators. The hosting provider may process connection and technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Third-party services
Fonts and images are served from this website; no third-party fonts or analytics are loaded. Opening or displaying a Google Form connects your browser to Google. Map links open Google Maps. Those services operate under their own privacy practices. This website does not use advertising cookies.
Your questions and requests
For questions about your information, correction requests, an application response or a photograph, contact the school using the details on the Contact page or in your current official school communications.
